Experienced Lead Coordinator / Online Marketing Assistant

Example of job responsibilities:
- manage lead flow
- provide information to clients and prospects
- optimize Customer Relationship Management database
- assist with online marketing

At Nova Real Estate Group, we use Keller Williams integrated online systems for CRM and marketing as well as other cutting edge online marketing and customer communication systems.  We use technology to our advantage, especially in Marketing and in Systems - we're good at it, and we work to stay good at it - it's why we are expanding the up-front part of our team to further enhance our marketing and lead handling capabilities.

- real estate experience is a plus, but real estate license in not required
- experience with KW systems is a plus
- Tech Savvy and/or experience with related systems (other CRM) is a requirement

Experience and skill set are more important than specific education or degree.
Looking for long-term, full-time, but will consider part-time or independent contractor arrangement for the right candidate.

Location:  Ashburn, VA preferred; local Home Office acceptable
Salary/Wage:  Dependent on Skill/Experience
Education:  Degree Preferred; Experience Accepted
Status:  Full-time, Part-time, or Independent Contractor
Shift:  Days, Weekends - some flexibility
